No it’s not common. Most will get a bid.

Honestly from the people I've seen who got dropped by everyone, it's usually girls who rush was a really bad experience for, therefore they weren't enjoying it, weren't confident, didn't seem happy to be there, and therefore weren't invited back anywhere.

My sister got dropped by everyone. She wa a pretty blonde. I think she just got lost in the masses. She did not rush again. No worries either. She graduated and is now mechanical engineer.

Not as uncommon as you would think honestly but there’s always the possibility of snap bids

Offer snap bids again this year?

There’s literally no way of knowing lol KD usually cuts too hard and not as many girls pref their house as they’d like to think which is why they end up snap bidding almost every year (maybe they’ve figured it out by now though)

I think it could happen. Upper and even mid tiers are competitive because there are so many attractive girls with great life experience and personalities. It’s easy to get overlooked. And while the bottom tiers invite more girls back, some people make the mistake of writing them off early and then find themselves cut from those chapters too

They should give the lower tiers a chance! I’m in top tier but being in a sorority is so much better than not. You can always drop after you have tried it for a couple months

It's possible but just remember that everything happens for a reason. Not to get all preachy, but that's the best mindset to have during recruitment.

If you go into rush with your best foot forward and try to see yourself in every house, you're almost certain to find a house that will want you back. Just be nice to everyone, don't worry. If you were to get cut everywhere and you still wanted to be in a sorority, you could always wait for next fall, wait for spring, or join alpha phi

Although I’ve heard that girls do get dropped, it’s not super common but can depend on how many girls rush that year. The first time I rushed everyone under my tent got a bid but the second time i know a lot of people who either dropped or were cut completely after round 2. Also, don’t worry if you don’t get your top choice. I rushed twice, the first time i rushed I was super discouraged because I preffed at 3 bottom tiers, and had listened to what other people thought about them only. I received a bid from my last choice, but still received one. I ended up dropping before initiation and rushing again the next year. I’m in a top tier now but still friends with some of the girls who were in th PC of the first sorority i joined, they love their sisterhood and are really awesome girls. Don’t get discouraged if it doesn’t work out the first time or if you are dropped, it’s not super common but you can always do it again!

Your allowed to rush again when you get a bid. Also is it not common to get your first choice when you press your 3 houses

If you drop your house after receiving a bid in the fall then you can't accept another bid or participate in any kind of recruitment activity until formal recruitment the following fall. This rule also pertains if you receive a fall bid and don't accept it; you are done for a year. As far as getting your first choice, you are more likely to get either your first or second choice than your third. NPC is going to two prefs at all schools because statistics show that the third choice isn't really desirable among PNM's anyway. UF is sure to change at some point from 3 to 2 prefs.

sororities won’t kid snap bids unless they don’t fill their quota/have people drop before initiation. Usually you have to know people in the sorority and ask about it or tell them that you are interested, they won’t announce that they are doing snap bids

You are talking about COB not Snap Bids. Snap Bids only happen right before bids go out to help get a house to quota, and those girls participate in Bid Day with their new class. COB happens after that if a house still didn't take quota or if they are below house total. Continuous Open Bidding is very different from Snap Bids.
