Will Gamma Phi have their house ready in time for recruitment? No hate, I’m honestly just curious.

Good question if you drive by it doesn't look like it will be ready before fall in my opinion. Also will Alpha Phi have a house by fall 2018 does anyone know about that?

Alpha Phi will definitly not have a house by this fall, it’ll probably take a few years for them to get their house. They will be recruiting this fall though.

Gamma Phi is supposed to move into their house this fall, and recruit out of it. Alpha Phi won’t have a house because they have to be a colony first before they can start building. They’re supposed to start building in 2019 and hopefully move in fall 2020.

Can they really pull together a fully functioning house over this summer though?? It doesn’t look like a ton of progress has been made as of right now?

The house will not be ready, at least not ready to host Recruitment in and have current members stay in during rush.
