do houses make a diff?

Do you think a sorority house (the physical building) really makes a difference to a PNM?

And the interior decorating?

Because some of the higher tier sororities don’t have that great of a house (like K D). But some of the coolest houses belong to lower tier (like S K).

Ddd and Sk still suck. A new house for Dg will not made a hell of a difference. Adpi's new house will be nice but pnm 's will flock to Adpi regardless of a new house. Gamma's new house will help them.

No one bases their decision on whether or not the house is nice, obviously SK has a nice house (although the purple carpet is a bit much), but I wouldn't say that's the key component to attracting PNMs. They look for the feel of the sorority and whether or not they click with the girls or not
