beta and aepi up (beta took a huge fall pledge class and has IFC prez, aepi gets a slight bump going forward with tep off)

pilam/sigep/phi tau down (zbt boys leave pilam for good this semester, sigep is riding but still below kappa sig, phi tep isn’t happening)
