Ok, in polite company it may be necessary for all of us to say that the guy was wrong to jump the drunk girl. But maybe she wanted it and was enjoying it. Courts have held that intoxication does not mean incapacitation. Ultimately, he’ll beat the charges, and she will end up getting screwed again.
