Is DG and ADPI building their new houses? When is alpha pi going to start building theirs?

ZTA rebuilds first, the DG, then ADPI

DG is being demolished the day classes end. They will build all through summer and the school year. Adpi is after

I think adpi isn’t for a few years and ZTA and DG are under construction all of next fall/spring.

I heard ZTA was renovating, not tearing down and rebuilding. That’s a big difference. DG and ADPI will be completely erecting new build8ngs.

Yeah zetas renovating but its a big renovation apparently so we still won't be able to live in house or go there

Are their houses really that small and outdated? From the outside they look pretty classic but I guess houses show their age when they were built in the 1960s. Imho DG and ZTA look better than AXO and Deeph.

they've both had so many additions they're not really small anymore, just old. also I think sororities' nationals decide when rebuilds happen so even if they're looking good comparatively, if nationals think it's time for a rebuild, it happens.
I agree that they look better than a lot of houses though- ZTA and DG are both really nice on the inside too.

Yeah even the renovations on the houses fit with the original architecture; you don't notice them sticking out so they did a job job. And yeah I bet the facilities are old so they wanna build new, especially concerning pipes and internet, etc.

Building 40,000 square foot monster house . Not sure what Dg is building. But it will be new and beautiful. Feel sorry for the houses doing reno's only. All the current houses are outdated acceptddd and Sk. Why reno's over building new Zta needs a new house.
