piphi not that high

Why is piphi alwys ranked so high? There's some good looking girls, but a lot of ones you'd think are botton tier. There number for recruitment arn't even that good either. Prob below theta and deeph imo.

They will by pass ddd and Aoii in the near future. Ddd and Aoii will drop to middle tier. Pi phi will take their place. Dg will step up
