should i rush next fall?

I received a snap bid from a top house over the fall but turned it down because I thought I would like to go through formal recruitment and get a feel for all the houses. I ended up becoming pretty good friends with girls in a bottom tier house and they invited me to their Spring recruitment and i actually really like the girls there. Should I rush next fall or go with the house my friends are in even though its not as popular?
