A lot of this is really good but Pi Phi is very far from southern. Not nearly as trendy as theta which is super miami but I would sooner call pi phi trendy than southern. I'd also say that DZ is more diverse than XO in terms of the girls they attract, at least with the newest PC.

I'm not in Pi Beta Phi but as much as those girls are involved with at UF I would think they would be top tier. Their the most genuine and sweetest girls at UF.

Okay well first of all AOPi is known for being way less catty and have super chill, real girls. It's very obvious during rush and they are beautiful brunettes and way less fake. Also their PR in the past two years is like A++ and they really stepped up their game with their philantrophy and the PR for it. It looked so much fun and everyone who went in my chapter had nothing but nice things to say about the girls and the event.

.... not explicitly trendy either. They're very smart and I don't know a single phi mu that doesn't love it there)
AEPhi• (not a single trendy as the rest but definitely not southern. People say they're like Deeph but less hot. IMO they just don't care about the whole sorority party scene and value the sisterhood more.)
SK/Gamma Phi Beta(these don't even have vibes because they're so mixed. Even though GPhiB is new they've attracted a lot more people than SK. These houses have great people, I bet, they're just very mixed so they don't really have straight forward vibes like the others. In here you either get try hard sorority types that didn't get into other sororities or girls that don't care and love their sisterhood.)
These are the ranks based on popular opinions. It'd be naive to believe that ranks don't exist and that they don't influence people's opinions, but they also don't matter to many. I have a friend that preffed xo, dz and kappa. Ranks wise she should've chosen dz or even xo but she felt at home at kappa and loves it there. That's what matters.
I have another friend that preffed theta, xo, and phi mu. She wanted XO even though it was ranked lower, but got a bid from theta. Ranks didn't matter in this case. What mattered was the vibe she fit what was her home.
