Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at University of Florida - UF 2.0 This is a fraternity that thinks highly of itself and tries really hard to move up the social rankings by being more involved when in reality they will never reach the top tier or even mid tier because they dilute their membership numbers with a bunch of awkward kids.

Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at University of Florida - UF 2.0 These guys were doing homecoming with alpha phi BEFORE getting suspended. The only reason people think they're "on the rise" is because they went from bottom tier at 120 brothers to bottom tier at 30 brothers, and are now building their way back to bottom tier at 80 brothers
