Reputation says “smart” but they have the lowest average GPA of any fraternity at 2.7, and aren’t involved in any major organizations. They don’t party either so I’m not really sure what they do with their time

Not enough money to get on the ZBT/Delta Chi darty on the Fourth of July. The only frat without one I think, why are you forcing your brothers to sneak into other frats events and watch them have fun??

No sorority pair, no tailgates, no parties, may as well just merge with Delta Chi at this point. They also write fake reviews and pay greekrank to take down negative posts about them, but refuse to invest that energy into improving the state of their chapter in real life

Lost out on sorority pairs to Delta Chi AND ZBT I can’t believe they’ve fallen this far down the ladder. Now that they’re kicked off I can’t imagine them being mid tier again for another four years at minimum
