Delta Gamma COB

DG doing COB is huge for the rest of panhel. They didn’t even have a COB budget before because of their assurance that they’d always come out on top. I think Gamma Phi and Theta Phi are slowly climbing their way out of the bottom as people realize how DG treats their members and other sororities.

DG COBing is only due to Panhel wanting to increase all sorority sizes. It has nothing to do with imaginary popularity.
