I was wondering if it is common to rush as a transfer student?

Yes that happens all the time, we met a guy at this past rush who was a transfer from Wisconsin who started college late so he was 22 as a sophomore and we still gave him a bid. As long as you fit well in the fraternity/sorority and make an effort nobody will be sitting there later that night and say "oh but he transferred here, nah no bid"

Q.How does year round recruitment affect the execution of the Balanced Man Program?

A. When the Balanced Man Program is properly executed it perfectly aligns with year-round recruitment. Self-paced challenges allow for members to enter and exit challenges at their own pace. Let's say your chapter recruits a member in October. The members in the Sigma challenge have completed three of the eight Sigma Challenge meetings that semester. Have the new member join the rest of the members in the Sigma challenge for the remaining five meetings. Then he can attend the first three meetings the next semester.
