Phi Kappa Tau - ΦΚΤ Fraternity at University of Louisville - UL 1.0 I have heard of countless awful experiences of people who go to phi tau things. They have a sound proof basement for a reason. So many horror stories happen down there for girls and their pledges. Hang with them at your own risk
