Overall just not a good fraternity. Attract mostly the ratchet/low class girls and parties get very ratchet really fast. Always feel like I'm being creeped on. Their brotherhood is also lacking. Most of them don't even acknowledge half of the brothers on campus. Overall guys aren't very good looking either. 3rd/4th on campus.

I really don't understand the "Phi Tau isn't involved on campus comments," they have SGA Senators, IFC President and Vice-President, UofL Senior of the Year in Political Science, GEMS Scholars, Harlan Scholars, members of SGA's executive staff, College Republicans EC, GAMMA EC, Business School and A&S Council Members, Club Baseball and Hockey members, Task Force Freshmen, Freshman LEAD members, and their Dream Girl is on SGA Top 4. Very active fraternity on campus.

Couldn't imagine it being more clear who the #1 fraternity on campus is. I've watched these guys come up from being a decent fraternity to the clear top house. Lots of great parties, can't go anywhere without seeing one on campus, tons of campus presence, lots of old money, and they seem to just do everything bigger than everyone else. I can guarantee if you don't like them, it's because you don't know them.

At first i was one of those people who hated the phi taus just because what i had heard from other fraternities but i went to a couple of their parties and they arent bad at all. Not only are they fun to be around, they are funny, fairly smart, and pretty damn good looking.

Although I didn't like Phi Tau at first they have started to grow on me as I actually hung out with them more and got to know some of their guys. Their fall pledge class was absolutely huge and every guy I know is not only cute but awesome. Also, I love the older guys and they definitely know how to have a good time and how to party. One day I want to be their sweetheart because they know the true definition of what a gentleman and the treat the ladies right. Hoorah!

They hang out with attractive girls, have the nicest house, and an awesome alumni base. Other than that, they have almost nothing. They have a reputation for disrespecting women, being generally douchey, and completely unfounded giant egos. They rest on a reputation they had 25 years ago when Greek life was nearly non-existent. Their small upside and lack of great brotherhood doesn't make up for the fact that they are TOTALLY uncompetitive in everything not mentioned in the 1st sentence.

Isn't this the chapter that asks attractive girls to go to their rush to help get pledges?....nuff said
