They have a solid top group of guys but you can definitely tell that they'll bid anybody with good grades and it hurts their brotherhood and social life a lot. Good guys that you can actually talk to but you won't see them at bars and their parties are kinda sad.

These guys are friendly but throw the most lame/boring parties ever (and if you go to one prepare for the guys to by super touchy and not leave you alone).

Phi Delt is Beta without the social life or any of the hot guys. They have good grades and are the only fraternity that cares about SGA, which I guess is cool. Parties are lights-on hangouts with some of the worst music I've ever experienced at a frat party. Nice enough guys that you hangout with on Mondays and Tuesdays in the library.

Great parties that are a good combination of safe and fun. You'll ruin your shoes in their backyard though lol. Took points off campus involvement only because they don't try for raiseRED and raise nothing compared to their chapter size. There grades are up there while also not being weird and dorky like Phi Delt. Good guys who like each other and one of the few chapters remaining with an actual pledge process.
