Actual good guys who will be there for you if necessary. Never have to be worried about being them creepy and they are top 2 party-wise on campus. They have a good party house setup and a safe environment that is great for girls to have a good time. Took points off for campus involvement because they don’t try for raiseRED but they do have several SOSers and had the previous IFC president. Freshman class is quality, just hope they can keep it up.

Phi Delt is a group of nice guys, though they can be kinda weird sometimes. They’ll bid anyone with a high GPA . Parties are hit or miss (terrible music). They are super involved on campus though. Best described as a mix of an honor society and Beta.

I went to their Thunder party and it was great. Their were guys from other fraternities there, that says that they would rather be there then with their own fraternity or they didn't have anything. The brotherhood is high they knew everyone and could talk to everyone that i saw. In all it was a great time at a great place.

Great guys who all know each other and like to have a lot of fun but when it comes down to it they are there for you whenever you need it. Their sophomores and freshman are arguably the top two pledge classes on campus and a lot of upside for this chapter in the future.
