I feel like they arent a top Chapter only because thats how its been for awhile, and people put them down without even giving them a chance. I see them on campus and at parties and they all seem to actually get along and have fun with eachother. They might not be THE top chapter but they do have a good sisterhood and quality people even if numbers arent the best.

Usually very friendly and easy to talk to, but you never see a chi o with letters on. Sometimes I get confused when I see chi o lettered shirts around campus because they literally never see then in comparison to the other sororities. Need to get out of their house and show that they actually care about their sorority
