XO is top tier, but they've got some major flaws. First, their chapter isn't very attractive compared to the other top tier sororities because they care so much about grades. Second, they haven't even gotten top grades in the past 3 semesters so thats kinda sad. Third, one of their members recently attempted to buy an election for A&S president.

I've never met a Phi Delt I didn't like. They're a fun, easy-going crew. Good people, good parties. They've got a bit more growing to do but they're moving up.
