how selective are fraternities?

I’m coming to tech in the fall and want to rush, I was just wondering if some fraternities are more selective than others and that those fraternities would be, and what’s the average coast of being in one. Are some more expensive and if so which ones?

Every fraternity varies on how selective they are. But no matter how selective a fraternity is usually by the end of rush you will end up in the one that best suits you. The cost also varies between them so it is hard to come up with average cost.
