My favorite frat to go too besides sigma pi which also shared greek week with them so it makes sense why the best frats get along. Only thing is sometimes there parties are super ghetto which is why I didn't rate them high in "classy" but they still are always packed.

These kids are bottom house they dont have a house near campus for parties so its far away they dont even mix with half of the sorrietys here! Aephi,Sdt,Dphie would never and even Asa and ast barley give them a chance these guys only get to hangout with girls in theta phi dont rush here unless you like to circle jerk dudes

I genuinely love these boys. The tke house feels like home, brings a sense of safety and genuinely increases my wellbeing. They are very close and love each other so much it’s beautiful
