Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Kettering University - KU 3.6 Phi Delts are really kind and intelligent guys who have a respectable reputation on campus. Being a dry house kind of puts a damper on their social life since the guys therefore don't go out much, but many of them are involved on campus. Brotherhood is also very evident.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Kettering University - KU 3.4 They aren't the closet shut ins or the outgoing football quarterbacks. They are the kids that are slightly socially awkward and never fit into anywhere. Very smart and some are funny. Just feels kind of awkward being around a group of them. Top Tier along with Delta Tau Delta and Sigma Chi.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Kettering University - KU 4.4 B-Section: Great group of men. Pretty fit and attractive and always super nice and respectful. I think the premise of a dry house is really beneficial to every aspect of this frat. Very positive reputation around campus and, from what I've seen, very good at supporting each other.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Kettering University - KU 4.4 The only truly dry house on campus (Betas are too, but are in a residence hall,) these guys are great to be around and are well respected by almost every fraternity and sorority on campus. Because they're dry, they have an outstanding GPA and are very goal driven. Almost every member is big into working out and have a very tight bond with their brothers.Overall, a great bunch of guys and a good house to live in or visit!

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Kettering University - KU 4.2 Every-time I'm at the gym, Phi Delts are present. They are super duper jacked and work out nonstop. All the girls at Kettering (very few) look for the Phi Delts because they are so nice and hott
