Great brotherhood and great parties that are always filled with girls. Definitely on the rise. Their Sophomore class are really the one's that are going to keep this fraternity up to par. Everytime I go to a Dchi party I have a good time. I'd rate it like this: 1. Sig chi 2. Sig ep 3. Dchi/Phi Delt 4 doesn't matter after 3.

definitely some gems, but overall weird vibes. they're craazzyyy when it comes to guys and with the most recent PC very disjointed. middle tier for sure

from what i've seen what sets tridelt apart from other sororities is how tight knit their pledge classes are. there aren't divides because cliques of girls don't join - they join as individuals. down to get down, they never come across as stuck up which is real nice during a party or on aquad when they actually say hi to you after meeting you the night before

Historically they've been the hottest and richest (aka snooty) but after the srs last year graduated the entire house has been mostly nice, sweet girls. The newer girls are really involved on campus and they make it a point to visit all fraternity parties, not just the "top" ones. new alliances are making them really likeable in addition to still being hot.

Think they're all that but looks are only slightly above DG overall. they are solid middle tier but their bratty behavior and cattiness is really unfortunate and sends the wrong message. dirty rush like crazy.

Pi phi has gotten a bad rep in the past but have totally turned it around to be the top sorority, no question. If you want the most fun group of girls with a great looks and attitude, pi phi is the way

thetas are the only sorority on campus that genuinely loves one another AND can throw a great party. They're the kind of girls that guys actually want to drink beers with don't find boring/stuck up. Super fun, and also their pcs are consistently among the hottest. Fun, hot, not stuck up, just a little obsessive/anal
