no greek housing?

Fraternities have greek housing,
Socials are usually nice venues in Atlanta.
Mixers/hanging with fraternities are usually nice local venues or fraternity houses. Or pregaming at West 22 or the Haven
Chapter is usually on the Kennesaw campus. A lot of sororities have it in the UV rooms.

Ever since Pike OX and DTD started peeing on girls (DTD and Pike) and forced pledges to do g@¥ stuff (OX and Pike) KSU has really hammered down on anything remotely resembling greek housing.

West 22 parties get broken up before 10pm and haven housing is too small to have the massive parties that used to happen pre 2018.

There also used to be a bunch of houses fraternities had in pine tree neighbor hood right on campus but the city evicted any fraternity that was throwing parties back in 2017 or something.

Also another reason why no one does anything is all of the decent sized fraternities that are left are full of weird marietta campus engineer kids (SN, SAE, PKP), or are creepy groups that have a shady past with girls (OX, DX).

Even though DTD and PKA had a lot of issues with girls and PKA and KS had problems with hazing (KS hazed like an SEC frat and PKA just did really weird stuff), they were the only fraternities here that threw events and parties that would rival big schools.

These 3 groups gave KSU a respectable rep when it came to schools greek scenes. Now we are back to the early 2000's or 90's when the greek scene is a total joke.

Sororities have events and are well worth the time and money spent. Fraternities are a waste of time unless you REALLY like and bond woth your fraternity.

We should really have some sort of greek village for sororities. Even if stand alone houses won't work, we could have townhouse lodges like Emory

There’s a brothle law so more than C amount of people with diff last names can’t be under one lease or soemthing like that. They rent out spaces for official parties and mostly have them in west for regular parties. Chapters held on campus

Didn’t there used to be houses on the Marietta campus?? Does anyone know what orgs had houses then?

I have heard talks of trying to get Greek housing back up at kennesaw state but to be honest it will be a long process trying to find land to do it at money to be raised. The houses on campus loop wouldn’t be a bad location if they where not occupied already tbh.
As for chapter meetings, there is various locations across campus like Uv in Carmichael and social science buildings too. They are based on cap points to see who can get which rooms.
