bottom tier, haven't met all of them but I've been to some of their parties and I did not appreciate how I was treated. I will credit them with a great brotherhood though, but that is the only thing I will be generous about.

Yall are alot better now after being on a year. A solid mid tier group of guys, and honestly I think you guys could be top 3 after next fall. If you can get a manor and find a way to stop randos from comin into your parties as well as get guys that are a little bit better looking and less wierd. You have caught the eyes of sororities here keep it up.

Really stepped it up this semester good job guys, everyone talked about pi kapp being the dark horse but i think that title goes to delta chi now. Really have gpt there names out alot better so far this semester. Looks and involvment still need to improve but overall not bad.
