Phi Sigma Kappa - ΦΣΚ Fraternity at Rochester Institute of Technology - RIT 1.0 Not involved in campus at all and they black ball their pledges a lot. They just do polar plunge but they do it with ASA and they just talk within themselves. Went by their table and they were not welcoming whatsoever.
