freshmen in kd?

Is Kappa Delta actually letting freshmen girls join? That seems really wrong... aren't girls not allowed to join a sorority until spring semester?

Because this is their first year, they were allowed by panhel to recruit up to 100 girls in the fall, some of which could be freshmen. It doesn't really seem wrong but I think most freshmen would prefer to get their bearings first.

I believe out of the 90 that applied, they took between 45 and 50.
