pledging process

Hi everyone, I'm an incoming Freshman and hope to rush, but obviously have no idea who yet. What reputations do fraternities have for the pledging? I know SPE does bot pledge, but are any of the processes too much to handle?

sack up and join a real fraternity (sig chi, theta chi, sae, ka)

Pledging is really important. You'll never understand how much you can learn about yourself and others in such a process. You will feel much closer with your brothers and learn much more as an individual if you join a pledging fraternity. There are Fraternities such as Lambda and SPE who seem like they are great options but i have met many brothers that wish they could have gone through more of a pledging process.

Sig Chi, SAE, KA and Theta Chi are the only real fraternities who have actual pledging
