Lambda Chi Alpha - ΛΧΑ Fraternity at University of Richmond - UR 4.4 Lambda may not fit into the normal mold of frats, but I think that makes them even better in a lot of ways. All of them are great guys, some are actually pretty attractive, and their parties are a great time. Definitely not the frat for everyone, but still a great brotherhood. Also I know girls in every single sorority that go to lambda because they can still have a great time and not have to worry b/c a majority of Lambdas would want to make sure a girl is safe above anything else.

Lambda Chi Alpha - ΛΧΑ Fraternity at University of Richmond - UR 3.2 Lambda pulls the same kind of kids every year and I guess that's working for them. As a fraternity, I'm not sure how successful that is making them, but as a friend group, they are pretty tight because they are all weird together. You see some kids on campus and they just scream lambda.
