Yeah the older pcs are divided but the newer ones are definitely on the come up. They’re not like theta but not as try hard as kappa or weird like ddd. They’re at almost every frat and actually seem to tolerate/like one another (unlike the other strats)... if the upcoming pc is even better who knows what’ll happen

Yeah they obviously have some girls that are a bit whack & not the classiest but nothing new compared to other chapters. Kind of in a tier of their own but they’re fun & recent pcs getting better

Sig Ep is done for. With Nationals going dry 2019, there isn’t much of a future for the Richmond chapter.

Used to be much more fun. Just not enough brothers to get numbers at parties, and half of them are dating people. Parties are starting to feel more like networking events

BOTTOM TIER

There is such much self ranking here it’s ridiculous. Honestly Pi Phis are a nice and smart group of girls. They definitely did better than they usually do with their last pledge class. HOWEVER, Pi Phi is definitely still bottom tier. Some of the girls in this sorority are a little quirky and weird and there are definitely some girls who try too hard. I would say Tri Delt and Pi Phi are potentially starting to mirror each other a little bit but Tri Delt is still known on campus as being slightly cooler and middle tier. I definitely wouldn’t say that Pi Phi is above KD considering KDs last two pledge classes but who knows what will happen this year. Overall, Pi Phis are nice but weird. That’s just how it is.
