top houses…

by: KSU

To all PNMs - Chi O, Pi Phi, and Tri Delt are only considered “top houses” on here because they go out all the time and are very popular among the frats. Pi Phi is the only house out of those three that I would actually consider a top house based on grades and involvement. Chi O and Tri Delt rarely ever rank high in grades, and like I said, are only popular for going out and partying. Yes, if you want to base your entire sorority experience off of partying, those 3 would be considered top houses for partying. BUT not for sisterhood, grades, involvement, etc. there are many more houses that are much stronger in those categories (and still go out)

This will bust some people’s’ bubbles but this top tier ranking mentality is egocentric BS. Like most large campuses there are a variety of Greek houses at KSU that will naturally appeal to different people for different reasons. It will be the rushee’s job to figure out what is important to him/her when going through recruitment and weigh things accordingly.
If/when you get cut from a house you liked don’t let it shatter you (girls) Realize you will then be one step closer in finding the right chapter house for you. Be open and have fun through it all.
