Meh. An alright place to party at, nothing too crazy. They really like to play by the rules and some of the guys can be really immature. They're also a bit full of themselves, but it's safe and usually a decent time.

Known as more of a bottom tier house. The parties are pretty meh and the guys can be kind of awkward, but they're all really sweet and fun once you get to know them. Never felt unsafe there or anything.

After some good parties with Phi Kappa Theta and Kappa Sig this house could be a good party house soon but thats about all
