Has a ton of potential, if they recruited frattier guys and partied more they would certainly be top tier. Do a ton for the community and will be getting a brand new house in the near future. Their Alums have big money. Very very mediocre in some areas, but getting better.

To give these men a 5 on social life is preposterous. Good for them, they are nice to girls. So is every other house. These boys just try harder, doesn't seem to work out that well though

Good fraternity. Parties more than any other house on campus and still managers to be top in grades. Doesn't get a whole lot better than that
