Alpha Phi - ΑΦ Sorority at Kent State University - KSU 2.5 Went through recruitment and there was ZERO diversity. I felt so out of place and during the rounds all they did was judge my outfits. I did see they recruited a minority this fall. It’s probably just their “token diversity requirement” for the year. They’re also very judgemental. They also all look the same. White, blonde, and skinny. They also talk trash about the other sororities, calling them the weird and non-pretty ones.

Alpha Phi - ΑΦ Sorority at Kent State University - KSU 2.9 When I went through formal requirement I was meet by three women asking about what brand I was wearing as well as what makeup I use. And they were whispering in front of me non discreetly. My impression was that they really don’t care who you are just what you look like… it’s kinda sad

Most of the girls in this chapter seem sweet, but im confused why there is so LITTLE diversity in this chapter. it is 2022 there needs to be at least SOME inclusivity. This looks bad on their whole chapter and I know personally, they make POC uncomfortable going through recruitment.

Alpha Phi - ΑΦ Sorority at Kent State University - KSU 3.5 Aren't very inclusive or diverse and seem superficial. Definitely the stereotypical blonde hair blue eyes sorority girl vibe. The girls seemed sweet and nice but you could tell it was fake.
