Love this organization! They have really improved the past few years to become a really awesome chapter and it's showing big time on campus.

The sisterhood needs improvement. I have never felt as lonely as I did when I was a Sigma. I was a part of this organization for a few short years. Left with a few great friends but a bad taste in my mouth. Hopefully in the next few years they will learn how to be good friends and sisters to each other. However, I don't see that happening anytime soon.

This is not some high end university or southern university where Greek is everything. Be honest and be nice to everyone. You all have so many good qualities. Figure out how to just create one unified group of sisters who just happen to wear different letters. Then you'll really stand out.
