Do the majority of girls rushing receive a bid? What would be a reason for a girl not to receive one? I'm really afraid that I won't get one because I don't have a 3.0 gpa.. This is off topic but are pnms allowed to move in early since move in day is August 16th and recruitment starts on the 13th?

I'm pretty sure most girls get bids

That is a very low GPA and may be below the minimums required at most chapters.

Reasons to not get a bid:
Low grades
No recs
Poor appearance (you don't have to be gorgeous, but look put together, neat, stylish)
Bad reputation
Awkward conversations during recruitment (you need to be able to hold your own in a conversation. Make sure you have interesting and appropriate things to talk about.)
No connections to anyone in sororities (doesn't always matter, but sometimes does)
