If you've seen theta and tri deltas pledge class I would move them lower.. Especially theta

Idk if I agree with tri delt but definitely theta..their pledge classes are getting consistently worse and I never hear about them anymore like I would 3 years ago

Yes they are getting better, but so are the other houses which means although they are, they still are in the same spot. Greek life in general is getting better so eventually I think no houses will be "bad"
