Real beta ranking

Disagree. I think it's a genuine argument that for freshman going into this fall, excluding Phi Psi/Sig Ep. Beta arguably is the next best option to join. Yeah, your comment was valid in the a few years ago, but over the past couple of years, it's hard to argue they haven't had the biggest rise of any chapter at Iowa. Nice house, good grades, big membership, and solid social status that is rising. There for sure are a lot of people who would argue some combo of Pi Kapp, Sig Pi, and Adelt are above them. But from what I've seen, imo Beta probably has the best future outlook of all those frats.
