I would have to say:

Phi Delt/Sig Chi
Phi Psi/ Sig Ep/ Sig Nu/ Kappa Sig
Pike/ D Chi/ Sig Pi/ Fiji
Pi Kapp/ TKE
DTD
LXA/ Beta/ ZBT/ DU

Move Kappa Sig to the third row down. Maybe even the fourth. Dude, they suck

I agree with switching Phi Delt and Sig Ep...Phi Delt just isn't a top house

phi delt is a top house. i wouldnt put them in front of sig ep or sig chi but they are definitely in front of both sig pi and sig nu
