Seeing alot of stuff w phi delt being top once they come back, however they dont get their house back for a few years and its an entirely new roster...right? Hope the best for them but w IFC nowadays its not gonna be old phi delt from the jump.
Also is pike back ?

Pretty sure they get access to their house sometime this year and their pc this fall will be the first class to live In again next year since being thrown off. They’ll be top for sure they’ve already been while thrown off this will only help them

Pike is suspended until 2026.

I've heard people say that chapters need to wait 5 years to get their house back but its not in the constitution or bylaws at all. I don't think thats an actual rule
