It seems like DSig is really out here making moves. Parties only keep getting better, nobody really dislikes them, and the rumors that they're getting Delta Chi's old house? Are they finally breaking out and becoming a real chapter?

Literally only a delta sig or one of their bottom tier friends would know this information or think it means they're "on the come up". DU has a house and see how well it works out for them lol

Dsig could become more relevant with a house, but they’ll need bigger pledge classes and more well-known events to contend with bigger houses
