Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at University of Iowa - UI 4.8 The negative comments on this page are too funny. The top houses at Iowa are the ones that get bashed most often, (Phi Psi,Phi Delt). I'm in a sorority here and Phi Psi is always one of our top options for socials, pairings, etc. They have a nice house, best grades, and just won house of the year.
