Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Iowa - UI 2.4 No matter how much they get bashed on, a good house. A NICE HOUSE, with a great view. This semester has been bad with multiple new guys going to the hospital with injuries from being too drunk, but still a good house if youre looking to rush.

NEW ON GREEKRANK

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Iowa - UI 3.0 Pretty similar to Phi-Psi... but differ in the fact that they are extremely douchey and mean to people. They are disrespecting towards women and even the younger members of their house. I have a few friends in there that seem to really like it though. They say their parties are really fun, although I want to steer clear. I would say if you can't get into Phi Psi, try Phi Delt. They are definitely a middle tier.
