Very upcoming frat. They have a large pledge class and are very friendly according to most sororities. Now with fiji and pike being spooked due to the IFC i would rank sig ep top 5.

gphi with out a doubt has moved down over the past few years. the only way you'll get in is if someone vouches for you. unless you are blonde and super skinny you don't really stand a chance. they only care about looks and partying. half the house has been arrested and its a complete disaster. my friends from gphi dropped bc it was too much drama and the girls were really fake.

idk how I feel about pi phis. a lot of my friends at other schools love their house but here at iowa the girls end up being really fake. two of my friends in the house dropped after their sophomore year bc of all the dram when they lived in. they really only care about looks and partying. if you don't meet their social standard you won't get in. ive met some nice girls at frats but have found dg girls are a lot more authentic than pi phis

so many of my friends who have joined kappa HATED it and dropped. they look up your house address during recruitment to see how rich you are based off your house. they've had so many race scandals and if you aren't blonde and skinny you have no chance of getting into the house. they are backstabbing girls so you just have to watch out.

they're becoming more popular but these are the fakest girls you will ever meet. all they care about is looks. they have already decided during the summer who is going to be an aphi before recruitment even starts. I have had tons of friends who were bid promised by them and ended up not getting a bid. the girls always get blacked out at frats bc they've been pregaming in the house for 5 hours straight before hand. yes you will have fun, but their house is super clicky and people will go behind your back if they don't like you. you just gotta watch your back if you join this sorority.
