Don't have a house and won't be getting one anytime soon. Really on the down fall. Their last two years of pledge classes are a joke. Not good looking at all. Good luck, going to need a miracle to come even close to back.

Used to be top tier, but really moving down. Guys are not hott at all, especially their new pledge class. Parties aren't as good either. Have a lot of work to do to stay near top. Not involved with anything.

Top frat hands down, couldn't afford Greek life but my friends are all in this fraternity and I've been around their house enough to know that they're by far the most complete fraternity at the University of Iowa. Everyone I've met is unique, this isn't just a "cookie-cutter&quo t; house were everyone is the same person. There's guys who study seven days a week and guys who party seven days a week, and in my opinion, that's the kind of fraternity that all frats should strive for

not that bad... i mean yeah they definatly were in the past but the new ones i see around remind me a lot of dg and aphi..so not saying theyre a top house, but not horrible

These girls are lots of fun and so great to party with! They've been off the radar for a while but remain one of the best houses on campus. Drama free and hot as hell.
