I have never heard anything about these guys despite the fact they are sometimes considered a top-tier fraternity. Probably just a bunch of average joe's as they don't move their rank up or down, ever.

Slipping from the top quickly. Seem to have gotten lots of socials/attention because of their looks, however even those seem to lack. The many times I've partied with them, girls seem to get awkwardly creeped out at casual conversation. Many of them are extremely awkward and I no longer have any intention to involve myself with them.

Definitely have my respect as a real fraternity. Girls seem to find them very attractive and non-douchey, so the pull is there. I personally just don't hear their name said a whole lot. Still a top house for sure.

I have never heard a single goddamn good thing about Pike or known a decent Pike man. I can sum them up in a story. I was riding a cambus one time, tons of freshmen get on, all dressed equally as obscene. Like, a lot of freshmen. The whole time, each little group of them were all talking about how sick this Pike party was going to be. They proceeded to get off at the bridge across from Pike. Boom roasted.

Probably top house, even after being kicked off they seem to have maintained almost all of their 35+ pledge class (Kappa Sigs) and still seem to hand pick from top sororities. People can say what they want but they all know the truth.
