They recruit based off looks and nothing else. There are a few girls in theta who are really sweet but in general, the girls can be pretty mean to anyone they don't think is good enough for them. They are barely involved in anything greek besides their own events, and there are always quite a few less than flattering snapchats that appear on the weekends that make them look less than their best. I think they could be a great sorority again if they focused on being more into greek life as a whole. If you are looking for a "Southern" sorority experience then theta is for you

While it's true that the founding class three years ago had a lot of problems, tri delt has definitely grown a lot since then. They used to be super clicky and rude, but now most of the girls who were causing the problems have graduated or dropped. My roommate joined during their first formal recruitment last year and said herself that when she first joined it wasn't great but it's so much better. Plus, they weren't allowed to have socials or parties the first two years they were on campus, but they are allowed to now, so the social life will definitely go up. Plus, they are super involved in pretty much every other greek life's events and almost always have at least one team for whatever the event is.

Known for not being classy and getting trashed every time they go out. They don’t do much on campus except their tug a war event.

The girls are very friendly in ADPI and are always seen around campus. They have been very involved & proud of their sorority. You will always see ADPI letters

Some Phi Sig girls can be very nice while others can come across as very rude. Known to be partiers & the presence is not really seen around campus. They are very good recruiters and everyone definitely recognizes that, just feel like they should have a larger presence on campus and getting more involved. Girls don’t wear letters often either.

Alpha Chi has always maintained a classy reputation. They stay one of the most popular stories while also being very involved on campus, which the two of those don’t always go together for some sororities. They went through a phase where they were lacking appearance at social events, but have improved a lot. Some of the nicest girls you will ever meet. Very friendly and meshes well with the other sororities and fraternities on campus.

These girls need to be more involved on campus and socialize with the other sororities and fraternities on campus. They are working their way up the tiers better than what they used to, but hard when they don’t have much of a presence at events or enthusiasm to get involved. Chi O has a mix of girls with different personalities that might not all click as friends, whereas other sororities recruit qualities & similarities like their own.

Alpha Sig is a fraternity rising from the ashes. If more people gave them a chance, they’d easily be top tier. They get along with all the other orgs on campus and are always quick to sign teams up for events. They seem like a really close group of guys too. If youre looking for a fraternity to make a lasting impact, this is the one. Liked by every sorority because they are fun & trustworthy guys who know how to have a good time.

Aren’t involved on campus at all. Probably couldnt even tell you what their own philanthropy is. Low retention rate because girls drop. Not liked by other organizations on campus because of their lack of effect and attitude towards everyone (including their own sisters). Surprised they are still around honestly.
