Explain the hate

It is there's for the forseeable future, not a 2 year contract style like the YA houses

the only people that lost their house is possibly fiji and possibly pi kapp. acacia is the nicest guys w the best booze and most lit and clean basement especially clean for the kinds of parties they throw
