Alpha Sigma Phi - ΑΣΦ Fraternity at Illinois State University - ISU 2.4 It is a sad time at Illinois State University when we have to consider Alpha Sigma Phi a top tier house. A couple decent guys in the house but majority are a bunch of try hard goobers. Definitely should not be a top tier house but every other relevant fraternity has been kicked off or is on suspension. Only a matter of time before these goobers get their charter revoked.
