I have seen the house so I know they exist... but damn I've never seen one of them. They're like bigfoot. They stgopped going to IFC meetings and don't seem to be attempting a spring rush. Bottom tier without a doubt

One of the top houses on campus. I don't know many D Chis but they are pretty much like Sig Ep just under a different name. If u don't own a bent bill polo cap, brooks brothers clothes, or at least 3 pairs of sperrys this isnt the house for u.

Great sisterhood, beautiful house, they have been making really good progress. Pretty involved on campus and get along with most of the frats. They are mostly pretty decent looking girls. Some drama in the house but they seem to get along for the most part
